1. Accepting these terms

By using Replay My Lesson, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. The beta service

Replay My Lesson provides a whiteboard for creating, saving, recording, downloading, and replaying teaching explanations. Account features may be offered through a time-limited founding trial, while device-only beta access may remain available separately. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product develops.

3. Paid plans, renewals, and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown during checkout until canceled. If you subscribe during an eligible trial, checkout will show the first charge date before you confirm. You can manage the payment method or cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked in your teacher account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout or the portal states otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Accounts and lesson storage

An account is optional for device-only use. Google sign-in is required for private cloud lesson saves. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Keep independent copies of lessons you cannot afford to lose, especially during beta.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the lessons, images, recordings, and other content you create or upload. You give us a limited permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the service for you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or record.

6. Student privacy

Replay My Lesson is designed for teachers and does not provide student accounts. Do not enter student names, contact information, education records, health information, or other personally identifiable student data. You are responsible for following your school's policies and all applicable consent, privacy, recording, and education-record laws. These Terms do not create a school data-protection or student-records agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or upload content you do not have permission to use;
• harass, exploit, or harm another person;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise the service or another user's account;
• introduce malware or automate access in a way that interferes with normal operation; or
• resell access to the service unless we agree in writing.

8. Recordings and downloads

You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before recording people, voices, screens, or protected materials. Downloads are saved to your device, and you are responsible for how you store, share, or publish them.

9. Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every lesson, recording, or feature will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Replay My Lesson is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Suspension, changes, and contact

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or the public, or in response to a serious Terms violation. We may update these Terms as the product develops and will post the revised effective date here. Questions can be sent to bclayto@gmail.com.
