Your lessons are yours.

1. Who this service is for

Replay My Lesson is a teaching tool for educators and other adult users. It is not directed to children, does not offer student accounts, and should not be used by students to submit personal information. Teachers should not place student names, contact details, education records, or other sensitive student information into lessons.

2. Information we collect

• Google account information. If you sign in, we receive the basic profile information Google shares for authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
• Teacher profile and access information. We store the role, grade bands, subjects, optional organization name, onboarding and tutorial completion status, and trial or plan status you associate with your account.
• Billing information. Stripe processes subscription checkout and payment details. Replay My Lesson receives customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing status, renewal date, and limited transaction information needed to provide access and support. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Lesson content. Signed-in users can save lesson titles, folders, pages, uploaded images, whiteboard marks, teaching stops, and related settings to their private cloud library.
• Feedback. If you send feedback, we collect the role, rating, comments, and optional email address you submit.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, and error or security logs.

3. Information kept on your device

You can use the whiteboard without an account. In that mode, saved lessons remain in your browser's local storage. Whiteboard recordings are created in your browser and downloaded to your device; the current beta does not upload those recording files to Replay My Lesson cloud storage.

4. How we use information

We use information only to:

• authenticate you and keep your lesson library private;
• set up your teacher workspace and manage trial or subscription access;
• save, retrieve, and sync the lessons you choose to store;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
• respond to support requests and product feedback; and
• meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information or use lesson content for targeted advertising.

5. Google user data

Google sign-in is used only to identify your teacher account and provide access to your private lesson library. We use only the basic account information needed for that purpose. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, classroom files, or contacts through Google sign-in.

6. When information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run Replay My Lesson, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and private data storage, and infrastructure providers for hosting, security, and reliability, and Stripe for subscription checkout and billing management. They process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

7. Retention and your choices

Device-only lessons remain until you delete them or clear the relevant browser data. Signed-in users can delete cloud lessons from the lesson library. We retain account and operational records only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal requirements. To request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, email bclayto@gmail.com from the address connected to your account.

8. Security and beta status

We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards intended to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Replay My Lesson is in beta, so avoid uploading content that is confidential, regulated, or difficult to replace, and keep your own copies of important lessons.

9. Changes and contact
